Returns

We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify, the item must be:

In the same condition you received it

Unworn / unused

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, email us at hello@creatis.in.
We’ll issue an RMA number and share return shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to process it.
