Our Story

It Started in November

One Day in November is about slowing down, noticing what matters, and finding comfort in what endures. It’s rooted in quiet gratitude and in the ordinary, in-between moments—the pauses where life still feels meaningful.

A collaboration between Creatis and Jaipur-based designer Sunayna Taparia, our work is shaped by a shared respect for time, materials, and the people who make. We create thoughtfully made clothing, homeware, and event essentials in handcrafted fabrics—all rooted in timeless design, quiet craftsmanship, and the ritual of the handmade.

Grounded in craft as our foundation, we focus on detail, nuance, and process. We spend our days understanding materials, refining techniques, and honoring the small decisions that shape how something feels—and how long it lasts. We see craft as grammar and design as language: craft gives structure and meaning; design gives expression and voice. This perspective guides not just what we create, but how we share it.

From the garments we wear to the bespoke linens that anchor our gatherings and the kits that spark our creativity, One Day in November celebrates a life composed of slow, meaningful moments. Alongside our collections, we offer workshops and make-at-home kits that open up the process itself. They invite you to slow down, use your hands, and experience the rhythm and discipline behind the work—not just to buy, but to understand and participate in the ritual of creation.

Products, workshops, and kits come together so you can wear the work, participate in how it’s made, and feel the quiet satisfaction of the handmade. Every piece—and every experience—is made to hold space for comfort, intention, and thankfulness.

Crafted with care at Creatis, in collaboration with Sunayna Taparia—designed to live with you for a long time.
