Our Story
It Started in November
One Day in November is about slowing down, noticing what matters, and finding comfort in what endures. It’s rooted in quiet gratitude and in the ordinary, in-between moments — the pauses where life still feels meaningful.
One Day in November is a collaboration between Creatis and Sunayna Taparia, a Jaipur-based designer, shaped by a shared respect for time, materials, and the people who make.
Grounded in craft as our foundation, we focus on detail, nuance, and process. We spend our days understanding materials, refining techniques, and honoring the small decisions that shape how something feels — and how long it lasts.
We see craft as grammar and design as language: craft gives structure and meaning; design gives expression and voice. This perspective guides not just what we create, but how we share it.
Alongside thoughtfully made clothing and homeware in handcrafted fabrics, we offer workshops and make-at-home kits that open up the process itself. They invite you to slow down, use your hands, and experience the rhythm and discipline behind the work — not just to buy, but to understand and participate.
Products, workshops, and kits come together so you can wear the work, learn how it’s made, and feel the quiet satisfaction of creating something yourself. Every piece — and every experience — is made to hold space for comfort, intention, learning, and thankfulness.
Crafted with care at Creatis, in collaboration with Sunayna Taparia — designed to live with you for a long time.
